Monkey Bread (From Tim Valley)

1 bag frozen bread dough rolls
butter
garlic
canned Parmesan cheese
fresh shredded Parmesan cheese

- Thaw rolls. In 1 bowl melt butter and add garlic (fresh or powdered). In another bowl add canned Parmesan cheese. Dip each roll into butter then into Parmesan cheese. Lay bread in the bottom of a greased tube pan. When the bottom of pan is covered with rolls, sprinkle fresh Parmesan over all. Then start another layer of rolls and continue until done. Ending with fresh Parmesan cheese. Cover the pan with a tea towel and let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hrs. until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. When done remove the top of the pan to expose the whole loaf and pick off the rolls you want.
